Tofu Restaurant Harada
Yukiwachō, Ashikaga City, Tochigi
Founded in 1908, this is the last traditional tofu shop in Ashikaga. Using organic soybeans, Harada serves handmade tofu dishes and fermentation-inspired meals, paired with carefully curated sake.
